The Wellness Timeline
No One Gave You
What’s changing, what’s normal, and what you don’t have to live with.
Find Your DecadeYour Body Is Changing. Here’s the Roadmap.
There’s a moment most of my patients describe, and it’s almost always the same. They caught a glimpse of themselves in a dressing room mirror, or noticed their jawline looked different on a Zoom call, or realized the thing they’d been ignoring for two years wasn’t going away on its own. And then they say some version of the same sentence: “I just didn’t know this was something I could do something about.”
After more than two decades in practice (and as a mother of two 😉), that sentence is the reason I do what I do. Not because every change needs fixing. Most don’t. But because every woman deserves to understand what’s happening in her body and what her options actually are.
No one hands you that roadmap. So I built one.

This Wellness Guide by Decade walks you through what’s changing in your skin, face, hair, and body at each stage of life — and what the most effective treatment options are, from preventive skincare in your thirties to surgical restoration in your sixties and beyond. Each decade has its own page with real before-and-after results from Dr. Yee’s patients, detailed treatment explanations, and a clear path to getting started.
Find Your Decade
You’re losing roughly 1% of your collagen per year, and by your thirties, it starts to show. Fine lines that stick around. Skin that doesn’t bounce back. This is the best time to start preventive care — think of it as compound interest for your skin.
Explore Your 30sPerimenopause brings hormonal shifts that accelerate collagen loss. Fat pads shift. Lines deepen. Definition along the jawline softens. A thoughtful, layered approach — fillers, laser, neurotoxins — makes the biggest difference here.
Explore Your 40sYou’ve never been more confident in who you are, but the mirror doesn’t always match. Collagen and elastin are at their lowest. Surgical options like a facelift, neck lift, or eyelid surgery can deliver results that no cream or injectable can replicate at this stage.
Explore Your 50sSome of the most vibrant women I know are in their sixties and seventies. They want to feel as vital on the outside as they do on the inside. Your skin is still living tissue. It still responds to treatment. The goal isn’t to chase a younger version of yourself. It’s to bring the outside in line with everything you already are.
Explore Your 60s+The Conversation Is the Point
The women who feel best about their results aren’t the ones who had the most done. They’re the ones who felt heard. If you’ve been thinking about having that conversation, this is your invitation.
