alloClae™ Structural Adipose Filler
Body contouring without surgery.
Immediate, targeted volume — placed precisely where you want it, using purified donor adipose tissue. No implant. No fat harvested from anywhere else on your body.
For some patients, the concern isn't a procedure. It's something more specific — the indentation along the outside of your hips, the breast volume you lost after pregnancy or weight loss, the visible rippling you can see through thin tissue over an implant.
These are body concerns that don't always rise to the level of major surgery, but they're real, and they affect how you feel in your clothes and in your skin. Traditional answers for them have been implants or fat transfer. Both are excellent options for the right patient, but both are surgical commitments, and for some patients they're more than the concern itself warrants.
alloClae offers a different path. Made from purified donor adipose tissue, alloClae adds immediate, targeted volume precisely where you want it, without surgery and without harvesting fat from anywhere else on your body.
The Basics
What alloClae Is
alloClae is a structural adipose allograft: purified, donor-derived adipose tissue that has been processed and sterilized into a form we can apply subcutaneously, in the areas where adipose tissue naturally exists, to add immediate volume and structural support.
What it does
Provides cushioning, support, and contour where you want it — using tissue that is biologically similar to your own.
What it isn't
It is not a synthetic filler. It is not a stem cell product. It does not contain viable cells and has no systemic effect on the body.
The Structure
Tissue that is biologically similar to your own.

Your Options
How alloClae Compares to Other Body Options
Three different tools for three different goals. Here's how they line up — and where alloClae fits.
Surgical Implant
Breast or Buttock Implants
Surgical placement of a silicone or saline implant. A strong choice for patients who want significant augmentation and a defined, durable result. Implants are placed under general anesthesia in an accredited surgical setting, with the recovery and long-term considerations that come with any implanted device. Dr. Yee performs breast augmentation with Keller Funnel® delivery and the Rapid Recovery Method, and offers a full range of implant types and sizes.
Surgical · Your Own Fat
Autologous Fat Transfer
Brazilian butt lift, fat grafting to breasts. Uses your own fat, harvested through liposuction and transferred to the area you want enhanced. A strong choice for patients who want larger-volume augmentation, who have appropriate donor sites, and who are also looking to refine another area through the liposuction component. Dr. Yee uses the VASER LipoSelection system for harvest, which preserves fat cell integrity for transfer. Fat transfer is a surgical procedure with the recovery and considerations that come with surgery.
In-Office
alloClae Structural Adipose Filler
An in-office option that uses purified donor adipose tissue rather than your own. No liposuction harvest required. Designed for targeted volume, contour refinement, and asymmetry correction rather than major augmentation. A good fit when the volume you need is modest, when fat transfer or implants are more procedure than you want to take on, or when you don't have ideal donor sites for autologous transfer.
These are different tools for different goals. Part of what a consultation does is figure out which one fits what you're trying to address.
Applications
What alloClae Can Address
alloClae is approved for body and breast contouring applications. Concerns Dr. Yee discusses alloClae for include:
Body Contouring
- Minimize the appearance of hip dips
- Gluteal projection
- Improve liposuction irregularities
- General body contouring
Breast Contouring
- Augment breasts with targeted volume, without an implant
- Balance breast asymmetry
- Correct implant rippling and wrinkling
- Shape and contour cleavage
- Address breast contour irregularities
alloClae isn't a replacement for implants or fat transfer when major augmentation is the goal. It's a different conversation, for different needs.
Looking for facial volume?
Dr. Yee offers Renuva® for the face, hands, neck, and décolletage. Renuva and alloClae are sister products from the same family of adipose matrix technologies — Renuva developed for facial and small-area applications, alloClae for body and breast contouring.
Candidacy
Who's a Good Candidate
alloClae tends to be the right conversation when your body concerns are:
- About refinement, not a dramatic size change. You want to address something specific.
- Better suited to volume restoration than to surgery. You've considered implants or fat transfer and decided they're more than you want to take on.
- Centered on asymmetry, projection, or contour rather than overall size. alloClae does its best work in subtle, focused applications.
- About refining an existing result. You have implants and you're noticing rippling, or you had a previous body procedure that left a contour irregularity, and you'd rather address it without going back to the operating room.
When it isn't the right fit
It isn't the right answer if you want significant breast or buttock augmentation, if you have good donor sites for fat transfer and that's clinically a better fit for you, or if your concern is better addressed by skin tightening or another modality entirely.
The honest answer about whether alloClae is the right tool depends on your anatomy, your goals, and what other options you've already considered. That's what a consultation is for.
The Experience
What to Expect
alloClae is administered in-office. After local anesthesia and sterile prep, your provider applies the product through a small cannula in the area being treated. The exact protocol depends on the area and the volume needed, and your provider will walk you through the specifics during your consultation.
Activity restrictions and recovery details vary by treatment area, particularly for work in areas under pressure during sitting (gluteal applications) or sleeping (breast applications). Your provider will give you specific aftercare instructions.
In the days that follow
What patients commonly experience:
- Swelling, which typically improves within 3 to 7 days
- Possible mild bruising
- Temporary redness or itchiness at the application site, which usually resolves within 3 to 7 days
- Mild tenderness in the treated area
- Temporary firmness where the product was placed, which in some cases lasts 1 to 4 weeks as the area settles

Why This Practice
Two surgeons with deep body contouring experience
Body contouring and aesthetic body work is one of the practice's areas of depth. Dr. Suzanne Yee has been performing breast and body procedures in Little Rock for over 20 years and uses alloClae for hip dip correction, non-implant breast augmentation, and refinement of rippling visible over breast implants.
Dr. Homayoun Pournik joined the practice with a background that includes over 300 organ transplants and a fellowship with approximately 1,800 cosmetic procedures, with a particular focus on body contouring and revision work.
For patients exploring alloClae, having two surgeons with deep body contouring experience under one roof means the conversation is grounded in real familiarity with what alloClae can do, what it can't, and where it fits relative to surgical alternatives.
