Erica graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Since joining Dr. Yee’s office in 2021, Erica has been an integral part of our team. She excels at responding to patient inquiries, checking patients in and out, providing detailed information on treatments, procedures, and products, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, Erica coordinates various advertisements in prominent publications, including Life in Chenal, Inviting Arkansas, AY, and Arkansas Times.

One of Erica’s special talents is her ability to communicate with patients through multiple platforms, ensuring they feel heard and informed. Her favorite part of working at Dr. Yee's office is the variety that each day brings. She enjoys speaking with patients about the different treatments and procedures and thrives in our fun, dynamic environment.

A fun fact about Erica – she’s a karaoke enthusiast and loves performing on stage!

Stephanie graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Early Childhood and has lived in Arkansas since the age of 10.  Stephanie was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.  She was adopted at 7 months and brought over to the United States, where she has resided in both Tennessee and Arkansas. Stephanie is the Practice Manager at our office and has been working with Dr. Yee since 2025. She is the foundation to our office, the one who keeps things going.  She also assists Dr. Yee to make sure we are one of the greatest Cosmetic Surgery clinics in town. Stephanie's favorite thing about working at Dr. Yee’s office is working side by side with Dr. Yee, being involved in such a family-oriented office, and utilizing her management skills to make sure we have a great rapport with our patients.

Stephanie has four children, ranging from ages 4-13.   In her down time, she enjoys being a sports mom, being outside, and enjoying time with her friends and family. Most importantly she is a die-hard Razorback fan as well as a sports fanatic!

Carla is a lifelong Arkansan and grew up in Eastern Arkansas.  She began her career with Dr. Yee almost 20 years.  Since then, she has worked nearly every aspect of the clinic.  Carla has always had a passion for the aesthetic field and found the perfect fit with Dr. Yee. She can’t imagine working anywhere else and feels she hit the job lottery, when coming to work for Dr. Yee. Carla manages Dr. Yee’s surgical quotes and schedule and is a vital resource to your scheduling experience. She also helps patients with skin care needs & performs treatments.

When she isn’t working, you can usually find Carla spending time with her family, better half (Mike), and their fur-babies. Her love for animals & animal rescues has kept her going since she was a child.

Sheila is an Arkansas native with a rich background in medical office management. She spent 14 years in Oklahoma, where she gained extensive experience in management roles within the medical field. In 2012, Sheila and her family returned to Arkansas, and soon after, she began working with a highly respected eye surgeon.

With over 30 years of experience in medical office management, Sheila brings a well-rounded skill set in areas such as finance, business operations, human resources, personal development, and administrative support. At Dr. Yee’s office, Sheila assists in office operations, including human resources functions, vendor relations, invoicing, equipment and facility maintenance, and inventory management. Her professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and strong office management expertise make her a valuable asset to the team.What Sheila enjoys most about her role at Dr. Yee’s office is working in a state-of-the-art, patient-focused environment that prioritizes exceptional care.

Outside of work, Sheila treasures her family. She has been happily married to her husband, Joe, for over 32 years, and together they have three wonderful children whom they deeply cherish.

Rachel has been a registered nurse since 2003. She began her journey working in a hospital setting, specifically in critical care and medical surgical units. After working in acute care for over 13 years she then joined Dr Yee in 2017. Rachel has had extensive training by Dr Yee in the science and technique of cosmetic injections. Rachel enjoys helping her patients achieve beautiful results with Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and dermal fillers. Rachel has training to perform injections for hair restoration. Rachel assists Dr Yee in surgical consultations and with the care of the patients throughout the surgical process. Rachel enjoys getting to know the patients and building relationships with them and helps guide them through the surgical process. Rachel also has training and experience in a variety of laser treatments including IPL, Pulsed Dye Laser, ThermiVa, Fraxel, RF Microneedling, Aerolase NEO, Agnes RF, Laser Hair Removal, Laser tattoo removal, miraDry, and Emsculpt NEO.

Rachel has 2 amazing children, Riley and Reece. She enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Alicia has over 20 years of experience in the medical field and has been with Dr. Yee since 2020. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them reach their goals through surgical and non-surgical procedures while actively promoting body positivity.  Alicia assists with new and existing patient consultations as well as pre-operative and post-operative appointments and care. She is trained to perform Coolsculpting Elite, Emsella, Emsculpt Neo, and Trusculpt Flex procedures. She has completed two training courses, including a Master’s Program, for Coolsculpting Elite through Allergan Aesthetics. 

Alicia is married and has one child. She is an avid animal lover and currently has 3 dogs and 3 cats.

Kelli is a Medical Aesthetician and has been in the industry for 7 years, spending 4 of those years at Dr. Yee's. She attended the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas where she received her certification as a laser technician and laser safety official. She also attended Esthetics Excellence Academy where she graduated with her Estheticians license and an advanced certification in dermaplaning. Her duties at Dr. Yee’s office include laser treatments, skin evaluations, consultations, facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and skincare. Kelli has special skills in active listening for patient concerns regarding their personal beauty goals and communication skills that give patients the most thorough and explained procedure details. Kelli’s favorite thing about working in Dr. Yee’s office is the effort that the Doctor, the providers, and the front office put into patient care and satisfaction.

Kelli believes professional skincare treatments are like oil changes for your car, you need to get them regularly. Your selfie is 90% of your skincare.

Sherry graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to receive her RN Diploma from Jefferson School of Nursing. She has 25 years of experience. As an RN with specialized training in weight loss and operating room nursing (pre-op, circulation, and recovery), along with patient education, she assists patients throughout their surgical and weight loss journeys. Her goal is to help patients achieve better health and an improved quality of life. She enjoys seeing patients transform their lives after surgery, procedures, and weight loss. She loves coming to work every day because the staff are amazing, and Dr. Yee has the best personality. She’s kind, funny, and an excellent surgeon! She enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s fishing, hunting or hiking and spending time with her kids and grandkids. 

Shelly graduated from UALR in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then continued her education in Missouri. She graduated from Missouri State in 1999, with a Master of Science degree in Nurse Anesthesia. Shelly has over 20 years of expertise as a CRNA and had provided anesthesia for a variety of patients and has been with Dr. Yee for several years. One of Shelly’s favorite things about working at Dr. Yee’s is seeing the before and after results of surgery and observing the increased self confidence of patients after surgery. The comradery of our staff is also one of Shelly’s favorite things about our office, we’re like family!

Shelly is happily married to her husband, Jack. She has 3 daughters, and 4 precious grandchildren who are the light of her life. Her current favorite hobby is online shopping, and she’s quite the expert!
