Angie brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the medical field to her role at Dr. Suzanne Yee Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center. She specializes in pre-operative consultations, post-operative care, and assisting Dr. Yee in surgical consultations.

Her career began as a respiratory technician before moving into private practice, where she managed the lab and worked as a medical assistant. For 12 years, she served as the school nurse at her hometown elementary school, caring for children and building lasting connections in the community.

Angie is passionate about working with Dr. Yee, whose compassion and dedication to patients and staff inspire her daily.

She is the proud mother of two sons, Charles Gregory and Rhett, and grandmother to her grandson, Phoenix. In her free time, Angie enjoys hiking and kayaking along the Buffalo River and surrounding areas, listening to music and enjoys collecting old and new vinyl!

Brianna became a Registered Nurse in 2002. Since then, she has enjoyed fourteen years as a Labor/Delivery Nurse, three years as a nurse at an outpatient surgery center and has spent over 6 years with Dr. Yee. Brianna has been trained by Dr. Yee in the art and science of cosmetic injections. She enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with patients as she helps them look and feel their best. Brianna performs many laser treatments including: Fraxel, SplendorX laser hair removal, Nouvaderm, Agnes, IPL, and Picoway tattoo removal. She is also trained to perform hair restoration treatments, Miradry, RF Microneedling, Aerolase NEO/ERA, and Emsculpt NEO procedures.

Brianna also assists Dr. Yee in new surgical consultations and with patient care through all phases of their surgical experience. Brianna feels blessed to be able to work for a female leader in the industry. Brianna views Dr. Yee as a mentor whose work ethic, commitment to patient care, and genuineness serve as an inspiration to all who know her. Brianna has developed a passion for skin care and spends her free time educating herself on helping patients develop a skin care routine that is unique to their specific needs.

Brianna is married and has 2 children. She enjoys playing golf with her husband, playing the guitar, and working out.

Britney is a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong background in both clinical support and front office operations. With training in Medical Assisting, she brings a well-rounded approach to patient care — combining technical knowledge with a genuine commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction.

She is experienced in surgery scheduling, insurance verification, and navigating EMR systems, and plays a key role in helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience. In addition to her medical responsibilities, she assists with skincare consultations and product education, helping patients choose treatments that align with their goals.

Britney is passionate about growth, patient care, and contributing to a seamless, welcoming environment at Dr. Suzanne Yee’s office.

Crystal graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Family & Consumer Sciences, and moved to Little Rock in 2007.  Although she went to school in Mississippi, she was born and raised in the Arkansas Delta.  Crystal is in charge of Social Media at our office and has been working for Dr. Yee since 2008 and has known Dr. Yee and her husband, Bill, for over 30 years!  She is the creative brain behind social media posts, graphics, and marketing for the office.  Crystal’s favorite thing about working at Dr. Yee’s office is the family atmosphere, and the supportive leadership of Dr. Yee.

Crystal is married to the love of her life, Blake, and they have two adorable little boys! In her free time, Crystal loves to spend time with her family.

With over seven years of experience in surgical care and five years in the plastic and cosmetic surgery industry, Kira brings both clinical expertise and a compassionate touch to every patient interaction. As a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA), she oversees all preoperative consultations, ensuring patients are informed and confident as they prepare for surgery.

Currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at UAMS, Kira is passionate about advancing patient safety outcomes and population health through both education and hands-on care. The most rewarding part of her role is building meaningful connections with patients and helping ensure their surgical experience is as safe and seamless as possible.

Known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, Kira serves as a trusted liaison between patients and the surgical team—committed to delivering exceptional support every step of the way.

Madison joined Dr. Suzanne Yee’s office in 2019 after relocating from Panama City Beach, Florida, with her husband, who is currently in medical school. She began her journey at the checkout desk, where her friendly smile and welcoming personality quickly became a familiar sight to patients. Over the years, Madison has taken on a variety of roles, from coordinating the front office and managing reporting to organizing new programs and special events.

With a background in sales and banking, Madison brings a unique blend of organization, efficiency, and customer service to everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, making new memories, and enjoying life’s little moments.

Rachel has been a registered nurse since 2003. She began her journey working in a hospital setting, specifically in critical care and medical surgical units. After working in acute care for over 13 years she then joined Dr Yee in 2017. Rachel has had extensive training by Dr Yee in the science and technique of cosmetic injections.

Rachel enjoys helping her patients achieve beautiful results with Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and dermal fillers. Rachel has training to perform injections for hair restoration. Rachel assists Dr Yee in surgical consultations and with the care of the patients throughout the surgical process. Rachel enjoys getting to know the patients and building relationships with them and helps guide them through the surgical process. Rachel also has training and experience in a variety of laser treatments including IPL, ThermiVa, Fraxel, RF Microneedling, Aerolase NEO, Agnes RF, Laser Hair Removal, Laser tattoo removal, MiraDry, NouvaDERM and Emsculpt NEO.

Rachel has 2 children, Riley and Reece and plans to marry her wonderful fiance’, Craig this year!  She enjoys watching her kids play sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Sheila is an Arkansas native with a rich background in medical office management. She spent 14 years in Oklahoma, where she gained extensive experience in management roles within the medical field. In 2012, Sheila and her family returned to Arkansas and have lived in the Little Rock area ever since.

With over 30 years of experience in medical office management, Sheila brings a well-rounded skill set in areas such as finance, business operations, human resources, and administrative support. She has been a part of Dr. Yee’s team since 2018. Sheila assists in office operations, including human resources functions, vendor relations, invoicing, equipment and facility maintenance, and inventory management. Her professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and strong office management expertise make her a valuable asset to the team.

Outside of work, Sheila treasures her family. She has been happily married to her husband, Joe, for over 32 years, and together they have three wonderful children whom they deeply cherish.

I have been in nursing for more years than I care to admit. My career has been very good to me.  I find working for Dr. Yee exciting, fun and very rewarding.    I’m married with a wonderful son and daughter-in-law. I am SO very proud of them. He is a CPA and she is a Child Life Specialist w/ St Jude’s. She implemented the canine therapy program there and they are parents to one of the fur babies, Puggle. When I have down time… I enjoy walking the newest member of our family… Bella the boxer, especially in our new neighborhood the Heights.  Great coffee shops, another passion.  I enjoy movies, good books and travel as well as being outdoors. I find working for Dr Yee exciting, fun and very rewarding. I have worked for her since 2003 and knew her prior to that.  We are a great team as we share the same commitment to our patients and strive for the best results possible.  I am proud to call her my friend as well.
