FEMALE VOICE: We just make them feel at home. You know just let them know, because any type of surgery is pretty major, especially if the patient hasn’t been through surgery before. And once they’ve gotten in here and we go through all, you know go over all of our stuff, we just make them feel like they’re really you know; well they are, they’re family to us and we make them feel like they’re family. Make them feel as comfortable as they can before they do any type of procedure. FEMALE VOICE: I made an appointment for consultation. I came in, took me to the back room, and one of the staff members was in there, relaxed me immediately, just talking to her, just chit chat. Dr. Yee came in, I told her what I wanted to have done, I didn’t know what it was called. So we got the mirror out and she showed me what the results would be. I was excited. MALE VOICE: Well when we first came in that first time, we felt really at home and we were thinking about doing it. We wanted to get a price on it, see what it was going to cost and then when we saw everything and how it was and what all she could do, we just went ahead and made an appointment to have it done. MALE VOICE: The surgical facilities here are state of the art. In the operating room, where I do my work, it’s the same as an operating room at a major hospital. I mean we have state of the art equipment; it’s everything that we need for an emergency situation, we have here. As a matter of fact, our operating room is no different than an operating room at a major hospital facility. MALE VOICE: I was very confident in these facilities and I had no problem at all with it and outpatient basis, no problems. DR. SUZANNE YEE: Our surgical facilities is bar none, the best I feel like, in the state. We have an accredited facility. It’s 888HC accredited. We have a wonderful surgical staff that are very well trained. They’re all ACLS trained and I have registered nurses as well as an anesthetists to take care of our patients. All our surgical team wants to make sure that we take care of the patient’s safety. We want to make sure that they’re comfortable and also, we want to make sure that they have privacy, and we have a private entrance for our surgical patients.
